Jason House is the founder and CEO of Iridium Sports Agency, which currently boasts a vast and diverse roster of MMA fighters. Iridium was founded in 2009 while Jason was a full-time law student and working as a waiter. Persistence as well as Jason’s attentive and involved approach to his clients has paid off as Iridium now represents 20% of all fighters in the industry and is a force to be reckoned with. Growing up, Jason and his family opened their home to numerous foster children, an experience that developed his ability to empathize and serve those around him, principles that manifest in the successes Iridium and its athletes see today.
